1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website suryasolarhub.com or engaging Surya Solar Hub for any solar installation, consultation, or related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and services.

2 Services Offered

Surya Solar Hub provides the following services:

  • Residential and commercial rooftop solar system design, supply, and installation
  • PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana subsidy application assistance
  • System performance checks and annual yield audits (free services)
  • Solar panel and inverter sales from authorised brands
  • Post-installation support and maintenance
  • Free site visits and system recommendations
Free services (System Performance Check and Annual Yield Audit) are complimentary offerings subject to availability and scheduling. Surya Solar Hub reserves the right to modify or discontinue free service offerings at any time.

3 Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change based on material costs, government policy changes, and supply conditions.
  • GST and applicable taxes are additional unless explicitly stated as inclusive.
  • Final pricing is confirmed only upon written agreement or invoice.
  • Any verbal or WhatsApp-based pricing estimates are indicative and not binding.

4 PM Surya Ghar Subsidy Disclaimer

Surya Solar Hub assists customers in applying for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana subsidy. However:

  • Subsidy amounts (up to ₹78,000) are indicative and set by the Government of India. They may change without notice.
  • Subsidy approval is solely at the discretion of the government authority (MNRE/DISCOM).
  • Surya Solar Hub is not responsible for delays, rejections, or changes in subsidy disbursement.
  • Customers must meet eligibility criteria as defined by the government scheme.
  • Documentation requirements and timelines are subject to the applicable DISCOM and state government norms.
Subsidy figures shown on our website are for informational purposes only. Actual subsidy credited may vary based on system capacity, government approval, and policy updates.

5 Payment Terms

  • A percentage advance (as agreed in writing) is required to confirm and schedule an installation.
  • Balance payment is due upon installation completion and system commissioning.
  • Payments accepted via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or approved EMI/financing options.
  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Receipts and invoices will be issued for all transactions.
  • In case of cancellation after advance payment, refund terms shall be as mutually agreed in writing.

6 Installation & Product Warranty

Warranty terms are as provided by the respective manufacturers:

  • Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty and 10-year product warranty (as per manufacturer terms — Waaree, Tata, Adani).
  • Inverters: Warranty as per manufacturer terms (typically 5–10 years for string/hybrid inverters).
  • Installation Workmanship: 1-year warranty on civil and electrical installation work by Surya Solar Hub.
  • Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval.
  • Warranty is void in cases of misuse, tampering, acts of nature, or installation modifications done by unauthorised persons.

7 Limitation of Liability

  • Surya Solar Hub shall not be held liable for electricity generation shortfalls caused by grid downtime, shading, soiling, or weather conditions.
  • Energy generation estimates provided are indicative based on standard solar irradiance data and do not constitute a guarantee.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service or product in question.

8 Website Use

  • This website is for informational and inquiry purposes only.
  • You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove website content at any time without notice.
  • Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not endorse or control their content.
